Hasidic men during a global rabbi conference

The international conference of shluchim is the largest rabbinical conference in the world. It is a gathering of Chabad rabbis who have been sent all over the world to plant Chabad communities and to promote adherence to judaism. On Shabbat during the conference, huge throngs of rabbis walked back and forth on Eastern Parkway between the Jewish Children's museum, the chabad center at 770 Eastern Parkway and the Oholei Torah Educational Institute.
